Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Caryon you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Caryon provides AI-assisted tools for CV analysis, ATS keyword scoring, job matching, and cover-letter generation, plus a job board where recruiters can post roles and screen candidates.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. Recruiter accounts must represent a real business or hiring entity.

4. Subscriptions and AI quotas

Each plan tier comes with a defined monthly AI-operation quota (see the pricing page). When the quota is exhausted, AI features are paused until the next billing cycle or until the user upgrades. No tier is "unlimited" — AI calls cost real compute.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use AI features to generate spam, scams, or impersonations.
• Recruiters: don't post discriminatory, illegal, or misleading job listings.
• Don't attempt to bypass quota limits, OAuth flows, or rate limits.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid plans bill monthly via the configured payment provider. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't issue partial-month refunds.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime from your dashboard.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors — review it before acting. We're not liable for hiring outcomes, missed opportunities, or indirect damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is registered.

10. Changes

We'll notify users by email at least 14 days before material changes.
